SintLucas where education and business meet.
Real-life projects
Within our project education, students from different fields of study can work together on a project. These assignments cover the broad field SintLucas trains for. From briefing to project supervision, from design to product and from quotation to invoice.

Submit project
All project applications are assessed for educational relevance. This means that not all projects are carried out by SintLucas, or that they are put out at another, later, time. If a project goes ahead, SintLucas has an obligation of effort, not an obligation of result.
The student(s) and supervising teacher do their utmost to make a project successful. Nevertheless, it may happen that the final product does not (entirely) meet your expectations or that obstacles occur in the process. As a result, a project may require more time, energy or resources than estimated beforehand, or possibly the project is not (entirely) completed.
Project registered?
You will receive the project number assigned to your application within a few days. Please use this number when contacting us about the application. Within 10 working days, a SintLucas company contact will contact you to discuss your application and the further procedure.
Student learning opportunities
When requesting projects, we consider the learning opportunities of our students. We see projects as an educational activity where certain learning objectives or competences can be achieved. Therefore, our teachers assess whether a project fits within the lessons or our own studio. Among other things, they look at the student’s learning ability, challenge, connection to themes within the lessons and the time frame in which the assignment can be carried out.
Optimal support
To best support students, we require at least the following from you as a client:
- You invest time and energy in supporting the student(s) and the project;
- You introduce/brief the project to the class, group or student;
- You provide transportation of people and resources (if applicable);
- You ensure that the student can work safely (if applicable);
- You take care of handling neighbouring rights (e.g. music rights, stock photos);
- Together with the student(s) and teacher, you assess and evaluate the project.
SintLucas is a non-profit educational organisation. We will charge you for material costs and any other expenses. SintLucas is not liable for VAT.
